Happy Tuesday all! Hope everything is wonderful with you all. I’m so excited that today we have a guest blogger who is sharing an amazingly yummy recipe with you all. Seriously. Can I make this Healthy Key Lime Pie for breakfast (and let’s be real for dinner too)?
Happy Wednesday! Whoop whoop! Not like a typical hump day. TGITWBT, am I right? Oh, you didn’t know that meant thank god its the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Sorry, I may or not be getting a little weird this week. Anyways, I wanted to share a recipe with you just in case you’re feeling fancy in the morning and want to whip up something for breakfast for the fam on Thanksgiving. This recipe is also great for a week of breakfasts! Eat it up! I whipped up a batch this week for an early work meeting and it was gone before 9am. Good sign, right?
Pumpkin. For some just the word is literally enough to have you digging through your closet just to find your Uggs and scarves so you can wrap yourself up in lovely layers while you sip, eat, burn (candles of course), everything and ANYTHING pumpkin. I, for one, have not been the biggest fan of pumpkin in the past…not anything against it, but I was never consumed by the “pumpkin addiction” in the past; however this year has been different.
Sometimes a girl (or a guy!) just needs some chocolate. I recently made this easy mug cake and O.M.G. I’m in love. Super good, relatively guilt free and makes just enough that you don’t have it lying around tempting you to gobble it all up. No worries though…in case you want to make enough to share I’ve included the ingredients and directions for the “shareable” portion as well.
