So what better to talk about than a healthy, summer dessert when living a healthy life?!
Key Lime Pie is one of my favorite summer treats. Since I could eat it every week (really every day), I had to find a healthy alternative, and I think you’ll love it too. If you’re wanting a healthy key lime pie that is a single serving, it’s super easy.
Single Serving Healthy Key Lime Pie
1 Cup Greek Yogurt (I like Fage 2%)
2 Tablespoons of Key Lime Juice
1/8 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Tablespoon Stevia
Top 1 Tablespoon with Vanilla Granola
You can turn it into a favorite party dessert too and still keep it healthy!
Healthy Key Lime Pie
32 oz Fage 2% Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt (or brand of choice)
1/4 Cup Lime Juice
3/4 Cup Milk
Mix and pour into 1 graham cracker crust.
Let sit and serve chilled
The vanilla yogurt makes it a little less tart versus the regular, but both are super yummy! What’s your favorite summer dessert? Do you have a healthy alternative to it?
