Weekly Mantra: Be Mindful.

Happy Sunday! Finally I’m gearing up to go back to work. Yayyy! Last night we went out to a place down the street from our house. It was the first time I had been out in 9 days. Very weird. Oh, btw…we were home by 10 (#wild). This week my weekly mantra is ultimately to Be Mindful. Its so easy to get caught up in the little things so this week I will make a very conscious effort to disconnect from outside stimuli…like instagram and twitter…when I should be solely focused on something different, like eating dinner ;-). I know that often in order to get it all done you feel like you need to multitask, but for this week try to focus on what’s vital. Maybe you don’t get everything done, but be present and mindful in what you complete…even if your mind is full.
