Okay, so I think my theme for this week would be to recommit. Turns out just planning to go for a run does nothing. Adding it to your calendar? Nada. Turning on a yoga video then watching it from your couch? Nope, still nothing. Okay, yes. I did do a few workouts this week, but halfway…bah, done. But, new week, new start! Starting this week, we’re planning to join a gym close to our house so that way I can still incorporate workouts into my routine, along with 2-3 runs per week. Hoping that having a cold weather workout spot will help to remove one obstacle to missing workouts! Here’s to a happy, healthy, gym-filled week!
