About a month ago, I was selected to be one of 10 women selected to be a City Fit Girls Ambassadors. City Fit Girls is an awesome group based in Philadelphia. “Peanutty” Noodles with veggies

Peanutty Noodles Yesterday I picked up my fresh big box of CSA veggies. YUM. Best day of the week (well, best work day…), but day to get creative with dishes. I decided to use our veggies to make one of our favorites for dinner. I love this recipe because I basically can use any veggies mixed with this peanutty sauce and noodles to make a filling, easy peasy dinner

Only Half Crazy Philly Marathon 2 So, last year on my birthday I had the brilliant plan to make a bucket list of all of the things I would like to accomplish this year…I made a list of things varying from lofty, lovely floaty goals, such as smile more, and things to make me more well rounded, ie. learn to knit (like really this time) and read at least 1 new book a month, but another little goal snuck its way on to the top of my list…

Sundays are for cooking. Sundays are for cleaning. Sundays are for laundry. Sundays are for staying around the house, and prepping yourself for the week ahead. This idea totally used to make me blue but then again, everyone needs a little downtime to be able to disconnect and reboot. We’ve been super busy lately so we were in desperate need of a day…make that a weekend..just like this and that’s exactly what we did.
