Hey all! Hope everyone had a happy, restful weekend and enjoyed some fun with family and friends. We took a trip to Atlantic City (more on that later) which was a fun trip, but definitely threw me off my healthy weekly routine. This morning I woke up for work (oh the joys of working in a hospital…) and felt totallyy off, like that feeling of I NEED to eat because I have a long day, but I CAN’T eat because my stomach is totally shut down. Yeesh, time for a reset…which brings me to my new Healthy Challenge…this week we’re planning to take a walk after dinner each night. Maybe 15 minutes?Maybe 45? The plan is just to get moving!
Anyone else try a night time walk?
If so, feel like it makes you sleep better? Snack less? Any other positive changes?
